In the field of international trade, Tetiana has solid experience advising global and Ukrainian companies on anti-dumping and safeguard investigations conducted by Ukraine, as well as navigating court proceedings to challenge investigation outcomes.

She has successfully represented clients in complex merger control and antitrust cases, including notable Phase 2, precedential gun-jumping cases, and antitrust litigations. Tetiana's capabilities include designing effective strategies for merger control matters involving remedies, as well as providing guidance on compliance and handling diverse inquiries from the Ukrainian competition authority.
